1. Flooring – 18mm Shutterply board fixed to 38 x 50mm pine framing @ 500mm centers max. Placed on leveled out cement bricks, spaced out in a stagger pattern @ 500mm centers.
2. Walling – 12 x102mm pine planks (cladded to cover 75mm) fixed to 38 x 50mm pine framing @ 600mm centers max.
3. Roofing – +-0.27mm Galvanized corrugated iron roof sheeting fixed to 76x50mm purlins @ 1m centers max.
4. All timbers to be used are wet-of-saw untreated pine.
5. Doors – All doors are 1820 x 813mm tongue & Groove panel with double Z-brace.
6. Windows – All windows are pine frame with glass already fitted
   1. Double window – 880 x 830mm (one half opens)
   2. Single window – 440 x 830mm (complete opener)
7. Paint – All standard Wendy houses are painted on the outside with a mahogany stain which Is not a Timber preservative. Unfortunately this is the only paintwork we do as other products take to much time to apply. Wendy housing is all about prefabrication and quick installation to keep transport and labor costs low and therefore we steer clear of time consuming tasks like painting. This rule is part of the reason we can keep our prices low and competitive.
